Racy, classy and as pure as crystal, this medium-bodied but uncompromising, idiosyncratic Chablis is so tightly wound now it’s like a lemon and mineral ball on the palate, as hard as pebbles, without even a hint of obvious oak. A great accomplishment in the ’97 vintage, this is for patient, serious collectors of the Les Clos vineyard.
