The nose offers dried fruit, white flowers, then exotic and frugal smoky notes. A captivating wine that enriches the palate with delicious aromas. Very soft meatiness and intense freshness.
A polished, textural and earthy blend of 79% cabernet sauvignon, 7% merlot, 6% cabernet franc, 2% malbec, 2% pinot noir and 4% of other rare varieties. On the nose it shows aromas of forest berries, dried herbs, bark, forest floor and hints of mushrooms. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins. Refined layered and velvety texture. Delicious residue of fruit to the secondary aromas and earthy edge. Peppery finish. Drink or hold.
