The 1997 is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, and 19% Cabernet Franc. This excellent, dense purple-coloured wine offers moderate tannin, plenty of juicy cassis fruit, low acidity, and a plump, silky-textured finish. An opulent wine, it should be a real crowd-pleaser upon its release later this year.
